Stella’s POV

I look at Izzy as she walks up the stairs with Christa and I am glad that she came to see me. I have a feeling there is more going on, but I don’t have all the pieces.

As I walk back to my little cottage near the forest, I pull out my phone. I sent a text to Alpha Ralph to give him a heads–up on my call in the morning

I don’t waste time when I get home and head for bed. wake up earlier than usual and for a little while I just stare up at my ceiling.

By the time I get out of bed, I know that I will not tell Ralph the story. I will just ask him to meet with Izzy and then she can decide whether or not to tell him.
