Stephan’s POV.

Sitting at my desk. I look at my system and see an alert with a 72% chance of a sighting. I open it and quickly realize it is not Izzy, so I leave it open on my screen for anyone to see.

It doesn’t take long before I hear a comment from behind me “Another false alarm?” I just nod my head, knowing that Mason will inform Dagmar of this..

We have been going over the intel on the Evil Moon Pack and some of us are questioning it. But Dagmar and Mason are convinced it is accurate and genuine.

So in an hour there will be a meeting with Alpha Maddox, Dagmar and her Squad. As I gather every piece of information we have, my computer shows another alert on the Evil Moon Pack.

I open the information and I cuss under my breath. The information shows that they attacked two Pack’s in the past week and as usual there were no survivors found at the scene.

But the thing that stands out, is that according to the Council, both Alpha’s had daughter’s and neither of them were found at the scene..

I decide to dig around in the Council’s archive a bit and ten minutes before the meeting starts, I have found what I hoped I would not find.

Dagmar’s P.O.V.

Before I called this meeting, I sat down with Mason and he had given me the concerns of his team. But we both agreed it was worth investigating and we knew Alpha Maddox would have the last say in what would happen next.

As I prepare to leave the Pack–house, Mason links me that he has some new intel and he wants me to read through it before the meeting.

I start running as I tell him I will be there in a minute and close the link.

He meets me at the entrance of the building and holds out a tablet, I go through it as we make our we over to the meeting room. I look at Mason and I can tell by the look on his face that he hates this intel as much as I do.

My Squad–members are already there and I wonder when the day comes that I have to turnover command of this group again. Even though I enjoy leading them, I wish their Commander was here.
