Jordan’s POV

Nero has been behaving erratic for the past few hours and I start to wonder if one of our new Pack- members might be our Mate.

I am walking around, talking to several people and then I decide to go and find Julian. I know he asked me to give this a chance, but I don’t think I want to stay for the Full Moon.

Something is off, Nero tries to take control and he tells me to go towards the area of the party. As I look around, a blond catches my eye and I stop dead in my tracks.

It’s Izzy, she is here and she is looking at me. Then she turns and runs away.

Nero shocks me when he says “Go after Mate.” I am stunned and ask him what he means. He keeps repeating his words, over and over. And that is when it hits me, Izzy is our Mate.

I start running in the direction she disappeared in to, but as soon as I turn the corner I know it is a lost cause. She is gone and I know from experience that I will not be able to find her.

After all, we played this game many times during training. I was never able to find her and she would always laugh her ass off, knowing she won again.

Nero chuckles at those memories, we let the memories run through our mind as we stand there.
