I really want to believe he tried his hardest to keep his promise to Mom, but eventually his broken and angry Lycan won and Dad became the kind of evil he was supposed to protect me from.

I never really saw the signs but Dad changed over the years and when he announced he found a new Mate I was happy for him, hoping she could make Dad smile again. To the outside world it might have looked as if he was happy again, but it took me a few years to find out the truth about my Father and my Brothers.
