Karen nodded and thought that Selina was quite sensible. Selina poured a cup of tea for Karen and she sat on the sofa opposite her. “Damien and I do meet each other at the party of his lecturer’s Golden Wedding Anniversary.” “Is it?”
Selina looked at Karen’s reaction. It was obvious that Damien did not bring this matter to his Mother.
So she continued, “I heard from Auntie that Miss Nagel, she… Isn’t that she had signed the divorced paper? Then…” “Don’t mention that anymore. Divorce sounds so ominous.”
Karen understood the purpose of Selina to visit her when she brought up this matter.
Seline stunned, “Not to mention it anymore?”
She was very surprised, and she was caught off guard by the sudden changed of Damien’s attitude towards Ava. Right now, even Karen who hated Ava all this while had treated Ava so much better.
Karen had a smile and said, “Don’t you know that Ava is pregnant?”
