Rose was so frightened that she practically lost her soul, collapsing weakly into Lukas's arms.

Lukas frowned. Despite his ruthless methods, he couldn't just stand by and watch as a person was hit by a car right in front of him.

The car had crashed into the stone pillar in front of Stork House Building, nearly half of it crushed in. The driver's forehead was against the steering wheel, blood running down.

Lukas released Rose, saying, "Stand on your own!"

Rose's body went weak, stumbling for a moment before quickly steadying herself against the nearby wall.

Lukas, his face cold, called Martins, "I've had a bit of an incident at Stork House Building. Please look into whether it was an accident or if it was intentional!"

Martins's voice was serious, "Understood, I'll investigate right away!"

Lukas hung up, giving Rose a sidelong glance, "Rose, I'll warn you once again. If you don't want to be blacklisted, stay far away from me in the future!"

Rose's lips quivered slightly, and she managed to force out, "I understand, thank you, Mr. Strakovski, for earlier!"

Lukas didn't even spare her a glance. To everyone present, the incident just now appeared to be an accident.
