Once inside, Kristopher signaled to the men. “I need to clarify something with you both,” he called out.

Caught off guard, the two men hurried over to him. As they listened intently, their backs to the entrance, Belinda seized the moment. She took a deep breath, tiptoed, and stealthily slipped into the dormitory. Kristopher continued to grill the men about the details of the vans being driven away by the security guards just now, all the while keeping an eye on Belinda from the corner of his vision. Only when he was certain that Belinda had safely entered did he allow himself a brief sigh of relief. He then dismissed the two men and calmly followed in Belinda’s direction.

Using the navigation on her phone, Belinda located Fred hiding in a storage room between the fifth and sixth floors.
