Chapter 51

In the classroom, Yvonne took out a lot of fruits from her backpack

There were apples, grapes, oranges, and so on.

She gave all the fruits to Anna.

Anna buried her head under the table and took a bite of the grape. She squinted her eyes in bliss.

She finished it in two bites and held Yvonne’s hand with sparkling eyes, feeling extremely touched. “Yvonne, let’s be good

friends forever!”

Two dimples appeared on Yvonne’s chubby face as she grinned.

She leaned on the table and said softly, “Anna, I bring more for you tomorrow!”

Anna widened her eyes and rubbed her hands happily.

She was thinking. That’s amazing! I’ll tell Dad and Mom that I’m going to marry Yvonnel”

In the evening, the two girls parted ways at the school gate.

Yvonne saw the familiar chauffeur and ran over. The moment she opened the door, she almost thought that she had got to the wrong car.

Jeremy was squeezed into the backseat. There was a young man in the front passenger seat and one in the backseat.

Darren saw Yvonne and said, “Hey, do you remember us, Yvonne?”

Ethan asked. “Can you get in the car yourself? Do you need me to carry you?”

Yvonne felt that the two of them looked a little familiar. After being stunned for a while, she remembered that these two were the people who had played video games with Jeremy yesterday.

The little girl obediently hugged her backpack and greeted them softly, “Hey, guys.”

Darren was sitting in the front passenger seat, and Ethan was sitting in the backseat.

Ethan wanted to carry her in, but the little girl threw her backpack on the car and climbed up by herself.

“Wow, you’re so awesome, Yvonne!” Ethan said in surprise,

Darren turned to look at her with a smile. “Good job, Yvonne

After praising her, he turned to look at Jeremy, whose face darkened, and deliberately chuckled. “Jeremy, why aren’t you praising Yvonne!”

Jeremy’s temples throbbed. For the first time, he felt that Darren and Ethan were so unpleasant.

He thought, ‘First, they kept pestering me to go to my house after school. Now, they’re trying to sow discord between me and Yvonne. They’re so despicable!

On the way to the Adler family’s place, Ethan and Darren kept asking Yvonne questions.
