Nobody else knew about this file and although I knew that I needed to change that soon just for emergency reasons, I was pretty content with just leaving things the way they were at the moment.

A part of the file detailed what I did in summary every week and once I began scribbling on that part, I didn’t stop until I was sure I had covered most events that had occurred including Jessy’s arrival. While it seemed easier to just do the work on my computer, I found it safer to keep it in a file so that I didn’t have to put too much effort into hiding.

There was no fear of losing a password or a file or of certain corruptions happening to the file while I’m away.

Once I finished with that, I began sorting through other business files. This was the part of the job that I hated the most.
