Chapter 46 She Wasn't Weak

After Daryl said that, a silence ensued between them for a moment. Then, she heard Zack's deep voice.

"Come here."

"What?"

Before she had the chance to figure out what he meant, she was pulled by his strong arms and felt a familiar embrace.

"You..."

Daryl wanted to ask what he was trying to do, but Zack had already held her slender waist with one hand and placed his other arm beside her face with one fell swoop. "Just shut up and sleep," he ordered.

Although she was in his arms, this particular position was comfortable enough for her to fall asleep. And more importantly, with his arms around her, she wouldn't be able to move around restlessly. After that, they managed to get a good night's sleep.

The following day, Daryl was awakened by her biological clock. As soon as she woke up, she stretched out her slender arm and touched the space beside her. I was cold. 'Zack has already gotten up?'
