The two women bowed deferentially before scurrying away.

Willy reflexively looked over to Lexx, who had just checked his texts.

"I just got the news too! There's a girl about three or four years old in the lobby. Everyone said... she looks a lot like you! So..."

Because of the text, Lexx got more curious right then!

Willy turned and strode to the elevator, his brows locked into a deep furrow. "What's going on? What little girl? It can't be Cloud, can it? Could she have brought Fleur over but started talking nonsense when she can't come up?" Because everyone was just as lost, Willy pressed the down button as soon as he entered the elevator, leaving Lexx and the other executives to dash down the stairs, making their way to the lobby.

Meanwhile, in the lobby, Yvette slouched in her seat still, taking out the snack in her bag, all bored. Right as she took a bite, some crumbs fell, and she bent over to pick them up.

Seeing so, the female assistant responsible for taking care of her grabbed some tissue hurriedly to help her clean up, but before she could even say anything, Yvette asked, "Lady, I'd like to come down, please!" "Sure!"

After carrying her down, the female assistant offered softly, "Are you hungry? I have some cookies here!"

She actually handed her two individually wrapped cookies from god-knows-where as she spoke. But Yvette shook her head, not taking them.

"Thank you, but I have my own!"

Yvette was evidently on guard as she held her snack close to her body.

"Are you thirsty then? Why don't I get you some water?"

Yvette shook her head again. Only then did the female assistant notice the little water bottle she had been carrying on her. "Then how about I open the bottle for you?"

Yvette nodded this time but quickly shook her head again. "I can do it myself! Thank you, lady!"

Astonished, the female assistant couldn't believe how intelligent and well-mannered the little girl was. "This little one is not easily fooled!" She thought. Though she didn't have any ill intentions.
