Chapter 396

Tongrui struggled to wake up after a long sleep. A shower was taking place in the bathroom when she finally opened her eyes.

She rolled over and touched the place where Lingye had slept. She smiled sweetly after sensing the lingering warmth.

The last few days felt like a dream. To find Linye, she actually flew from North City to Berlin. She would never have done such a crazy thing if it had been her previous cowardly personality.

She said as she rose from the bed, "I'll go brush my teeth right now!"

Lingye smiled a little. He knew she was shy. He picked up a towel to dry his hair.

Tongrui noticed Lingye had already changed into new clothes after she finished brushing her teeth. She muttered, "Is he going to leave for work this early?"

Lingye heard the disappointment in her tone. He asked with a light chuckle, "Who told you that I’m going to work?"
