“And then? Do you want to wait until she wakes up on her own?” Darren couldn’t understand with Hunter’s obsession with this woman. They just met on that night, but he was being infatuated with her. What this woman had done to his alpha?
On the outside perspective, they might think Hunter as an easy-going person and used to joke around, but he knew better that Hunter was a calculative and cold- blooded person, who would do anything to achieve what he wanted. That was the alpha lycan.

“Her bedroom?” Hunter stopped walking for a while when he heard that and glared at Darren, but then he resumed his pace and the beta was struggling to follow him.
“I will ask someone to prepare a bedroom for her, it will be a nice bedroom, you don’t need to worry about it.” Darren tried to coax Hunter and he felt so desperate because the more people was seeing them, the harder it would be to cover it up.
He bet, in the morning, people would be talking about this and the beta was desperately trying to save whatever was left from his alpha.
“Hunter, don’t do this.” Darren shook his head. “What if Grace saw you. She will not be happy at all. She will be very mad and it will not good for you or for her.

“Who is that woman that Hunter is carrying?” Rye was as speechless as Darren. He happened to see Hunter and Lilac before they entered the alpha’s bedroom. “Why he took that woman into his bedroom?”
“Don’t ask me, I don’t know.” Darren shook his head and went toward different direction.
“What do you mean you don’t know?” Rye followed closely behind him and kept asking question.
“You will not believe me.”
“Well, try me.”

Lilac stretched her b*dy and flapped her arms around, she expected she would hit wall, but instead, she touched something warm and sturdy. It felt strangely like skin, but then she didn’t remember there was someone in her bedroom.
