10 Unexpected Visit

Cayden POV

I open my eyes and I’m in a room like I’ve never seen before. The walls are clean and white. The bed I’m lying on feels amazing. I sit up and notice that all the pain I had earlier is gone. I must be dead and honestly it’s a relief. I pray that Clara found a safe place and will be happy. I don’t even know how I helped Clara escape. It was like it wasn’t even me that helped Clara. The door opens to the room and I stand expecting to see the goddess. I’m confused when a man I’ve never seen walks in. For the first time in a long time, I feel my wolf. “Cayden, don’t be afraid. Everything will be clear soon” Riggs says.
