"Cow pose..." I took a deep breath and arched my back downward. I closed my eyes and stayed in the position for half a minute. I released a long breath as I returned to the normal position. "Cat pose..." I murmured as I inhaled and arched my back upward. I held the position for a few seconds and ended it. Somehow, it was one of the exercises that pulled at my incisions. Panting, I crawled to the bed where I placed the notepad where Dennis jotted down the list of exercises that the doctor had prescribed.

"Nope, nu-uh," I shook my head when I saw what was next on the list.
