Daniel ran around the subway station several times but couldn’t see Olivia, and finally, he leaned back against the wall in dismay, his handsome face covered with exhaustion and annoyance.
He ruffled his sweat–dampened hair on his forehead and snorted out a laugh as he looked at the patterns on the gray brick wall of the subway aisle.
“How could it be that girl?” he thought.
She was smart and ruthless, and as long as she was serious about hiding from him, there was no way he could find any trace of her.
Thinking of that ruthless girl, Daniel gave his face a quick rub, and his deep black eyes were filled with desolation.
He thought, “It has been four years. Where in the world did that girl hide? Does she really not miss me at all? Even if she doesn’t miss me, she should miss Andrew.”
