Chapter 1340 Micah's Will

Since Raymond passed away, Silas had been laying low at the villa, only stepping out when Micah called for him. During Micah's two-month treatment, Silas would occasionally take charge. He didn't know the details of Micah's situation, but he had a feeling it was pretty serious.

When Micah finally showed up again, Silas had been waiting for him to reach out. Last night, after a call from Andrew, Silas couldn't sleep, feeling like something big was about to happen. So, he showed up at the villa early this morning. He ran into the three kids coming back from Hillside Villa, chatted with them for a bit, and then watched them race upstairs to find Micah, a warm smile on his face.

Raymond had loved those kids more than anything. Every time Silas saw them, he felt a spark of hope for the future of the Clemens Group. He kept telling himself not to overthink it-everything would be fine; Micah was fine, the Clemens family was fine, everything was fine.

"Silas," Micah called out, coming downstairs in a comfy casual outfit.

"Mr. Clemens," Silas greeted him, noticing how much weight Micah had lost. "It's only been a bit over two months. How'd you get so thin?"

"Successful weight loss," Micah joked.
