Chapter 366

Damn it… she tricked me. “Aurora, how could you?” I muttered under my breath as I rushed toward the door, only to see her slip outside with that smug grin on her face. How did she even manage to open the door so quickly?

“You little trickster,” I growled, leaning against the wall. I wanted to go after her, but then I looked down at myself and groaned.

This is all my fault. Why did I have to get carried away? Bending her over like that, catching a glimpse of her ass… Now here I am, stuck in this state. I sighed in frustration, running a hand through my hair.

“Dane, aren’t you coming?” Aurora called from outside, her voice light with amusement.

Sl: ‘s doing this on purpose. I know it. “You both go on ahead,” I cailed back. “I’ll catch up.”

“Oh, really? Is there something you’re hiding?” she teased, her voice full of mischief.

I clenched my jaw, my smile fading. This girl is going to be the death of me. “No,” I replied, trying to sound casual.

Moments later, her head popped back into the room. She leaned. against the doorframe, her eyes glinting with mischief as she glanced down, clearly noticing my predicament. “Are you sure?” she asked, smirking.

“Yes, Aurora. I’m sure,” I said aloud, but in my mind, I was pleading for her to stop tormenting me. I clasped my hands. together in a silent prayer, pointing at my obvious issue and begging her with my eyes.

Her smirk widened. Licking her lips dramatically, she tilted her head. “Sorry, Mr. Montague. Your offer looks… tempting, but I just wanted to poke at your ego.”

I let out a defeated groan as she stepped away, leaving met utterly exasperated. “How about I put my ‘ego‘ inside you?” I shot back, gritting my teeth.

Aurora’s eyes widened in shock, and she turned away quickly. My stomach sank as I remembered Evander was standing right outside.

“Shit,” I muttered, running my hand through my hair.

“No, he didn’t mean it like that,” I heard Aurora say to Evander, trying to smooth things over.

“O…kay?” Evander replied, clearly unconvinced.

Their footsteps receded, and I was left alone in the room, simmering with frustration. Dropping into the chair behind Aurora’s desk, I rubbed my temples and shook my legs, waiting
