Chapter 11

I shuddered at my reflection in the mirror; why did bruises always look worse as they began to heal? Grabbing a washcloth, I ran it under cool water, carefully washed, and dried my face. Attempting to smooth down my hair, I sighed. If the guys were serious about me, I guess they should get used to seeing what I looked like when waking up from a nightmare. I re-entered the bedroom, and the twins jumped to their feet, waiting for me to come to them; they sandwiched me between them, hugging me and asking if I was ok.
