In the banquet hall, Lewis eloquently demonstrated the expanding business landscape of his family over the years.

“We are going to integrate all our hotels and restaurants, offering cuisines from all over the world to the travelers. And this year, we have a new plan to collaborate with the catering department of other hotels in terms of desserts as well. ”

“Does this mean you have no confidence in your dessert department?” a reporter boldly asked.

“That’s not true. Instead, we’re doing that precisely because we’re confident in our dessert department. If we only supply them in our own hotels, it might be unfair to other hotel guests. We want everyone to savor the most authentic desserts,” he explained calmly.
