He simply said that this woman was making a scene.

"Mr. Grayson," Aaron nodded slightly at William. "I need to take care of some personal matters. It will only take two minutes."

With that, he took a long stride forward and grabbed Serena's wrist. "Wait for me at the hotel."

Serena was taken aback. "???"

William seized the moment to interject, "Mr. Vance, do you know my fiancée?"

Aaron was momentarily stunned. After a pause, he slowly turned his head to see William sitting in his wheelchair, smiling charmingly.

"This is the fiancée I mentioned to you yesterday, Serena. Serena, this is Aaron, Mr. Vance."

Serena looked at William, who seemed utterly unaware of her acquaintance with Aaron, and realized what was happening.

Well, this worked out.

Aaron could see firsthand that she was getting married. Perhaps then he would finally believe she had truly moved on.

Aaron's expression darkened as if he had taken a heavy blow. After a long silence, he narrowed his eyes, a cold smile playing on his lips. "Serena, what did he just say?"
