The door swung open to reveal a disheveled man standing in the doorway. His eyes widened in terror when he saw Serena. In that moment, Serena realized that this was the very man who had tricked her into going to the hospital-Dr. Owens.

Without hesitation, she reached into her bag and pulled out a small handgun, smirking at the man as he turned to flee. "Think you can outrun a bullet?" she taunted.
