Chapter 410

As she looked at the car, Sienna instinctively glanced at the license plate number. It was Josiah's car.

The car stopped, and Josiah stepped out first. Seeing her took him by surprise, and he hesitated. He wasn't sure if he should greet her, having promised not to bother her anymore.

With determination, he turned away, walked to the back of the car, and retrieved the wheelchair from the trunk. He carried it to the steps, pushed it through the entrance, and placed it in the lobby.

After setting it up and securing the four corners, he went back down the steps, returned to the car, opened the passenger door, and leaned in. "Be careful, hold on tight."

"Okay." The next moment, Josiah came out of the car carrying Yvette, walked straight up the steps, and placed her gently and steadily in the wheelchair.

He draped a blanket over her and said, "It's windy. You don't want to catch a cold. Wait here for me. I'll go park the car."

"Okay." Yvette nodded with a chuckle.

As Josiah turned to leave, he noticed Sienna's slender frame. The temperature had dropped tonight, and she was only wearing a T-shirt. He wondered if she was cold.

Seeing her hugging herself, he assumed she must be. But now, he felt he was no longer in a position to care about her.

Josiah looked away, got back into the car, and drove toward the parking lot. Throughout the entire process, he behaved as though he hadn't noticed Sienna.

Sienna glanced down at the time on her phone. Cedric was still nowhere to be

seen.

"Sienna," a voice called out at that moment. Yvette appeared from the lobby, pushing her wheelchair, and looked up with a smile. "It's been a while."

"Yes, it has been," Sienna replied curtly, her brow furrowing slightly. She wondered why Yvette was here. They had nothing to discuss.

Yvette wasn't about to let Sienna off the hook. "I saw you with Josiah earlier. You two barely spoke. It's like you're strangers now. After breaking up, you're not even going to remain friends or siblings anymore?"

Sienna's frown deepened, her expression turning stern. "You're right," she retorted with a scoff.

"Really?" Yvette didn't seem bothered by Sienna's scornful tone. She raised her eyebrows and said, "Well, you probably don't know that Josiah and I are together now."

Sienna froze, and her eyes widened in shock.
