Chapter 423 To Have Wilfred’s Gift As His Own
A thought passed through Caroline’s mind. “Paige, you’re Perl Ezequiel, aren’t you?” she asked.
All eyes were fixed on Paige.
“The words you wrote to Wilfred… I recognize the handwriting. That’s Perl’s handwriting Caroline wouldn’t be too shocked if Paige was Perl.
At this point, Caroline’s eyes sparkled with surprise and excitement.
“What words?” Killian and Rosa had no idea what Caroline was talking about.
“Yesterday, Paige gave Wilfred her autograph and wrote him a blessing. Right, Wilfred?” Raising her brows, Caroline nudged Wilfred

“But you’re not gonna take your safe with you during the trip, right? What if the valuable gift Paige gave you is stolen? You should be thankful that I’m willing to hold on to them for you”
Wilfred didn’t know what to say, so he turned to Rosa for help.
Rosa looked at Killian and smiled, “I know what you’re thinking, but you’re being ****. Paige gave you the gift. Remember?”
“I know, but that’s medicine. Though it’s good for my health, I’d rather have Paige’s work instead.” Killian stared at Paige’s work in
Wilfred’s hands
“You don’t need the medicine? Well, you can give me that.” Wilfred reached out his hand.
“No way!” Killian covered the medicine with his hands.
Killian wanted more than just medicine.
Paige giggled, “Don’t worry, Grandpa. I can write to you anything another time.”
“Really?” Killian sounded excited. Killian thought, Paige is such a nice girl. How nice would it be if Paige were my daughter? Wilfred
has a lot to learn from her.
“Give Paige a break.” Martin cut in, “Do you know how much Perl’s work is worth? How much will people pay to beg Skylar to treat
them? And those gifts and the jewelry… You all are asking too much of Paige.”
Wilfred laughed in his mind, yoo-hoo, a public display of affection is coming up.
Sounds like someone’s jealous. Martin was sulking because we ignored him.
