Out of defense, Alyssa wrapped her arms around his neck and buried her head into his chest. Her mind went blank for a few seconds before she realized what was happening.

“Justin!” She screamed at the top of her lungs. A few pedestrians had glanced her way, but as soon as they saw the man holding her, they quickly looked away.

Alyssa struggled to get down from his arms, “Put me down!”

Ignoring her frustration, Emmett held her even tighter in his arms and put her on the passenger seat. No matter how many times she kicked her legs up in the air or pounded his chest with her fists, he still didn’t back down as he closed the door beside her. “Don’t move.”

“You wish!” As soon as she was seated, she reached out to grab the car door and want to get out of the car. With everything that had happened in the press conference and the night before, the last person she wanted to talk to was him!

Emmett had already expected her to try and fight back. Just as her hand was about to reach for the handle, he held the door with one hand and placed his other hand on the back of her seat, trapping her. He looked at Alyssa with a faint smile, “If you dare to get off, I will kiss you.”

Hearing this Alyssa froze. Although the reporters had left the building, they wouldn’t have gone very far. And if they’d see this, she was dead for sure.
