Nina was so certain and she was completely unaware that she might have disappeared for an entire summer. This made Nash a bit suspicious. That missing summer seemed unusual.

Not noticing anything wrong, Nina looked ahead and said, "I'm almost home. You can drop me off here."

Quincy hit the brakes, stopping smoothly at the intersection. Nina got out of the car.
