Rosalie's eyes flew open, but all she could see was an unfamiliar, quiet room.

Her heart raced as she sat up swiftly, beads of sweat rolling down her temple. Lingering fear shone in her eyes.

In her dream, he kept staring at her with resentment in his eyes right before he died, as if she had done something gravely wrong.

How could it be? He was probably...doing well right now, and probably had completely forgotten about her.

Rosalie turned her head to look outside the window. The sun was already shining brightly.
