After our little disagreement, I tried staying angry at Damon. I thought maybe if he thought I was mad, he would give and let me do what I wanted but knowing Damon, I knew that was never going to be an option and I couldn’t stay mad at him for long because I was a simp for that man so I turned my anger on Delilah.

“How was I supposed to tell you if Damon said I shouldn’t? You have to understand,” She said as she followed behind me.

“Okay I’m sorry, stop being mad at me” She murmured as she wrapped her arms around me and I sighed. There was no use being angry anyways. “What are we going to do to help Damon?” I questioned as I turned to her.

“This is why Damon didn’t want to tell you, he doesn’t want you getting involved and hurting yourself” She told me and I frowned.

“Well I am involved because not only does this affect Damon but all of us as well. I have to help” I said to her and she went quiet for a while. “Luca told me you said you wanted to talk to your uncle? What if he kidnaps you again. Damon was a mess during that period and I don’t trust that your uncle” She voiced.

“I don’t trust him either but what I do know is he wouldn’t hurt me. Not even because of the fact that I’m his niece but because he holds so much guilt in him for what happened to my parents. He wouldn’t want to repeat the same mistake twice” I explained to her and she sighed.
