Seeing Ashley’s composure, Mark and Yonnie relaxed. Noticing their focus on Ashley, Tanya leaned over, whispering, “Don’t worry, Chase is here. She won’t cause any trouble.” If Ashley dared to create a scene, it would undoubtedly upset Sterling. Tanya knew Ashley wouldn’t risk that; any further provocation would only deepen Sterling’s dislike. Reassured, Yonnie eased his tension. Yet, he worried about Sterling being too kind to Tanya, fearing it might trigger Ashley.
