Connor was being threatened into working for Eve ever since the car accident took place. At this moment, he was reporting to Eve regarding the latest update of the subject that he was required to stalk.

The subject himself was Eve's youngest son, Patrick.

Eve had been looking for Patrick anxiously when she knew the fact that Patrick had disappeared from the hospital a few days back. Unfortunately, her attempt to look for his son was to no avail.
