Chapter 26 First Love
He was stunned. Turning around, Jeffrey found that it was Emily standing behind him, her eyes full of gentleness and innocence.
“Emily, how come you are here?” Jeffrey walked to her immediately and held her cold hands. He said to Emily with concern in his voice, “Your hands are so cold. Go back quickly.”
Looking at Jeffrey in confusion, Emily didn’t ask him why he was there. She just whispered, “I… I wanted to see you off. But I saw that your car was still in the garage. I worried about you, so I…”
Staring at Emily’s beautiful face, Jeffrey was suddenly in a daze.
He found that Emily looked a bit like her sister Betty somehow, especially their eyes. Although they didn’t share the same mother, they were biological sisters.

Betty came home and sneezed continuously. It must be that her cold got more severe because of the night wind just now,
Betty took a hot bath hurriedly. When she came out, her hair wet, she saw that Kerwin was drying his hair after taking a bath in another bathroom.
Seeing Betty, Kerwin turned off the hair drier and said, “Come here. Dry your hair.”
