Finally, it snowed at the end of the year.

In just one night, everything was covered by the snow. Everywhere was white. The tree and house seemed to be made of snow.

Early in the morning, Jolene wrapped thick clothes around her baby. The baby was just left with nose and eyes. She was worried about the cold weather outside. Jolene looked up at her mom for a few seconds and said, “Mom, I got to go.”
