Chapter 126 Feeding Meds

Rosaline’s POV:

I returned to my desk, and without wasting a moment, I sent a reminder to the person in charge of the Rivemon jewelry factory to send me the test results.

Half an hour later, they arrived.

As I had expected, the Ice and Fire jewelry produced at headquarters was flawless.

A quiet sigh of relief escaped me. The issue appeared to be contained solely in Fostrau.

I quickly gathered the necessary documents and made my way to Caden’s office.

The press conference was just hours away, and the information in my hands was critical to clearing up the

mess.

As I reached the door, I noticed Donny walking out. His face was a mask of frustration, his mood clearly foul.

“Mr. Lowe,” I greeted him with a forced smile.

He shot me a cold, humorless glance, his lips curving into a tight, almost sarcastic smile before he briskly walked past me.

I knocked softly on Caden’s door. “Can I come in?”

“Yes,” Caden’s voice called from inside.

I entered and found him gazing intently at the bottle of cold medicine I had given him earlier. His eyes were fixed on it, his lips curving into a subtle, almost playful smile.

“What are you doing, staring at a bottle of medicine?” I asked, raising an eyebrow.

Caden set the bottle down gently at the sound of my voice. “Rosaline, I was just about to look for you.”
