Camilla laughed and patted her chest in a mock–serious manner. “This is what they call… Well, a lot can change in a short time.”

As we reminisced about our former colleagues at the design studio, they started trickling back in from outside. “Oh…” I mused. “The design drafts are done, and I’ve revised them a few times, so there shouldn’t be any major issues. As for the actual outfits … I can get them done in the next few days, but that means I’ll probably be bothering you all a lot.”

I grinned and added a polite remark. It was only with these friends—and Caden–that I could truly relax.
