The ground started to shake again, and rocks began to tumble down from the top of the tunnel. Maja could only brace herself and help lan up, trying to find a place to take cover. But the tunnel was spotless, without any tables or chairs. The occasional doors they found led to sheer cliffs, scaring the living daylights out of her. She understood even more the difficulty lan faced in leaving markers along the journey.

Following the markers outside, the ground shook even more violently. But before them was a door that required a password. In this mountain, they could only go in, but not out. Freedom was just behind this door, but if the password was entered incorrectly, they would be trapped here forever, unless they chose to jump off the cliff, leaving their fate up in the air.
