Stella bit her lip, taking her time after a shower and a thorough wash before she slowly made her way downstairs.

Beck was already gone, apparently Dylan had called him early in the morning to take care of the kids.

Suddenly, Stella found herself with nothing to do, aimlessly gazing at the flowers outside the villa.

In the evening, just after she took some fever medicine, she saw Beck's car pull into the driveway.

Beck stepped out with a bouquet of flowers in his arms, chatting and laughing with someone on the phone.

Stella paused, putting down the fruit she was about to eat.

Without saying a word, she watched him go upstairs to change into a smart outfit, then head out again with the flowers.

Stella stood there, pondering for a moment before deciding to greet him.

"Beck, are you heading out on a date?"

Beck seemed to notice her for the first time, nodding slowly before asking, "Feeling better?"

"A bit."

Nodding again, Beck stepped on the gas and left.

Stella opened her mouth to say something more but ultimately didn't know what to ask.

After Beck drove away, she stood there, lost in thought, unsure of her own feelings.
