Gemma's smile froze. The man didn't even look up, not sparing her the slightest glance.

"Well, I was thinking..." she began, her voice faltering. Men like Denis Vukic-powerful, commanding, and absurdly handsome-were a rare breed. If she could capture the attention of someone like him, she'd finally have something to flaunt in front of Aurora.
