Chapter 53 Kenneth's words practically grated on Angela's ears. She coolly responded, "Don't worry. I know where I stand in your heart." Then they sank into an awkward silence in the living room.

Angela got up and looked at Kenneth, saying, "I'll clean up the kitchen. Later, I'll order some takeout. What do you feel like eating?" "Whatever. I'll be in the study working," Kenneth replied before heading off.
