It looked next to impossible to land the project—especially since Sartori Corporation hadn’t even invited Moncada International to bid.

For days, they’d been meeting from dawn till dusk, brainstorming ways to get Connor to change his mind, even digging into his personal preferences. But what could they offer a guy who seemed to have it all?
