After stepping outside, she couldn't help but feel giddy with excitement. She told everyone she ran into that the CEO was going to attend her birthday party. She'd even invited most of the secretarial department. Everyone were pretty surprised.

Lisa, the pampered daughter of the Meadows family, had been the talk of the office since her first day. Everyone knew that instead of staying in her family's empire, she'd chosen to work here as a secretary assistant to get close to Connor. But, frankly, nobody thought much of her.
