After returning from the banquet, Joycelyn threw herself into her studies like never before, as if everything was on fast- forward.

Before, she’d attend school in the mornings and handle work at the company in the afternoons. Now, she had switched to full–time study, squeezing in work whenever she could, handling the workload of three people. The results were remarkable -what would take others a year to learn, she absorbed in just one month.

Andre called her a genius, but only Joycelyn knew that she had two mentors guiding her; one was Andre, and the other was Ellison, who was learning alongside her and teaching her when needed.

For the past month, their pace had been perfectly in sync. Sometimes, even after a long day at work, Ellison would stay behind to help her with lessons. According to William, Ellison often multitasked during meetings, listening to proposals while watching educational videos.

Everyone thought the Grant Group had been at a disadvantage in their collaboration with the White Group, and that’s why Ellison had taken matters into his own hands.
