Chapter 260

“Bellina, I might indulge you in other things, but not this one. He’s Ellison Grant,” Jerome gently reassured Bellina, his tone calm and composed.

Jerome could feel Ellison’s imposing aura of power the moment he laid eyes on him, even from a distance. Cold, ruthless. and decisive, he was a dominant figure in the business world–mysterious and low–key for years. To his surprise, Ellison was not only young but strikingly handsome.

“What’s wrong with Ellison? Didn’t you tell me before that I could have any man I wanted in the future? Why is it different with him?” Bellina cried out, her voice loud and filled with frustration.

Jerome sighed in frustration, rubbing his forehead. Just a moment ago, he had been irritated by Ellison’s coldness and the fact that he had left so abruptly. Now, however, he was relieved that he had left first. Otherwise, hearing Bellina’s outburst would have likely upset him.

“Bellina, if you keep acting this way, we won’t go to the Grant family. We’ll head straight back,” Richard said, his expression stern as he looked at Bellina.

Although the spoiled Belina was used to getting her way, she could still recognize when her father was serious. Seeing his rare, stern expression, she pouted and muttered, “I’m not being stubborn. It’s them who are bullying me.”

Isolde behind seemed to have heard Belina’s cries, and her previously warm smile immediately faded. She then entered the

car.

“I remember Jamir mentioning that the youngest daughter of the Schultz family went missing for a while. No wonder she’s been spoiled and pampered, which has made her rather willful,” Isolde remarked, dismissing the matter as Bellina’s childish tantrum and not paying much attention to it.

“Yes, that girl looks about the same age as Sandra. I wonder when she’ll find her biological parents. I’m already this old, and I won’t be able to stay with her much longer,” Luna suddenly said sadly.

Isolde reached out and gently patted Luna’s hand. “Luna, when we’re no longer around, Ellison and Joycelyn will take good care of Sandra. The Grant family will always be her home.”

It took Rd and Jerome a long time to persuade Bellina to get in the car and go to the Grant family for a meal.

Joycelyn and Ellison arrived home first. After getting out of the car, Ellison walked over to Joycelyn’s side, opened the door, and assisted her as she stepped out. Only then did he realize that Sandra had been missing since they left in the morning. “Where’s that troublemaker, Sandra?” he asked.

Joycelyn was momentarily stunned before quickly responding, “She’s probably at home helping William. Didn’t he say he was replacing everything in the house?” Just as she finished speaking, she heard Sandra and another woman argue inside the

villa.
