Ex-husband Goes, Money Comes Chapter 511 The Will and Change
Did it have something to do with Ronian? Ormand and Todd looked at each other.
Both were confused.
Ormand got up and picked up the military coat on the coat rack.He dressed himself up.
“Let’s go take a look.”
They had just arrived at the hall of the National Bureau of Investigation when they saw Nolan bring Jerry in.
Nolan immediately bowed to Ormand.
“Mr.Hobson, Mr.Felton said that the evidence is very important, so I brought him in.”
“Jerry, come with me.”
Ormand didn’t say anything else and turned back to his office.
Jerry remained silent and immediately followed behind Ormand.
After entering the office, Jerry placed an envelope on Ormand’s desk.
“What is this?”
Ormand glanced at the envelope.
“Last night, I helped to clean Mrs.Felton’s room.I accidentally discovered that.It seems to be her will.”
Although Jerry was Pamela’s son in the family genealogy, Jerry had never called her mom or mother.
He always addressed her as “Mrs.Felton” as the housekeeper and servants did.
Ormand and Todd frowned upon hearing that.
Pamela had been injected with neurotic drugs for a period before she took power from Ronian, and her mind had been out of control since then.
How could she leave a will? Although Ormand was suspicious, he reached out and took the envelope.
He opened it and read it carefully.

When Ormand finished reading the letter, his brows furrowed even more tightly, and his expression was cold.
Todd asked, “What did Mrs.Felton write?”
Ormand did not answer immediately.
Instead, he looked up at the calm Jerry.
“The date of this will was the day before Pamela’s accident. She said that she was tired of this hypocritical world. So, she committed suicide.”
“Suicide?” Todd didn’t believe it.
“Pamela was imprisoned by Ronian when she was alive, and it was difficult for her to do daily activities. How could she kill herself with poison? This is ridiculous.”
Ormand didn’t express his opinion, his gaze fixed on Jerry.
“When and where did you find this will?” Ormand asked.
Jerry was about to speak when Ormand knocked on the table and reminded him, “I want the most detailed explanation.”
“Alright.” Jerry nodded.
“Because of Mrs.Felton’s death, Jennifer and I have been helping Konner with her funeral these two days.It was around eight or nine last night.I went to the top floor and went to Mrs.Felton’s room.I accidentally found this will from the pillow.
“I thought this was a big deal, so I brought it over.”
Ormand listened quietly and pondered for a moment.
Then he asked, “Jerry, what do you think about this matter?”
Jerry sighed, “I don’t have a good relationship with Mrs.Felton.You know that because I was put in the genealogy of the Felton family, Mrs.Felton was so emotional that she lost Sherlyn. After that, she had been depressed.”
Jerry paused for a moment and said something completely different from before.
“I did hide something before.Mrs.Felton had depression. Before Ronian got the power, she tried to commit suicide many times.I suspect that Ronian did not inject her with drugs because of her depression.Ronian was afraid that something would happen to Mrs.Felton, so he locked her up sometimes.I don’t think he killed his mother.”
Todd was stunned. He stood aside for a long time and did not say anything.
Serious-faced Ormand reminded Jerry, “Jerry, you didn’t say that when Viola brought you to see Sherlyn after you returned home.”
“Yes, because I wasn’t sure about the exact situation at the time, I didn’t say anything about Mrs.Felton’s depression. However, after finding this will, I felt that I should tell the truth.I will do my duty. It’s my duty to send the will to the National Bureau of Investigation.Mr.Hobson, as for how you will deal with it, I know I have no right to ask.I’ll leave you to your business.”
Jerry bowed slightly to Ormand, who was sitting behind the desk.
Then, he turned around and left the office.
As soon as Jerry left, Todd immediately came over.
“Ormand, should we investigate this matter again? Or should we hide this will and let Ronian be sentenced to death?”
Ormand looked at the will next to him.
The handwriting was light, but not neat.
“We shouldn’t be personal.Do what we should do.”
Ormand arranged things clearly.
“Inform the judiciary department that there is a change and postpone Ronian’s trial.
“Give this will to a professional appraiser to check the handwriting.
“Tell Nolan to check if Pamela had depression as Jerry said.”
“Alright.”
Todd took the will respectfully.
Sherlyn had been on drips in the laboratory.
After a few days of observation, it could be concluded that her nerves basically had no big problems.
Sherlyn’s memory was a mess. She forgot about the events of nearly four years, and she almost recovered.
