We didn’t get back to the pack house until late. We stayed until the restaurant closed and then we had drinks with Blake’s brother–in–law. Not that I was drinking. The men were. It was a great time and I found myself warming up to Chris. This was the first time where we had a conversation without either one of us getting angry. It was nice to see him open up to me.

I texted the boys when Blake pulled up in front of the pack house. I needed to remind Channing that he does have hockey tomorrow afternoon.
