Estelle wrapped her arms around Jonathan’s shoulders, her breaths shallow and rapid. After a moment, she steadied herself and said, “Don’t worry, I’m fine!” Jonathan’s voice was rough with concern. “Things didn’t go smoothly?” He had been with Michael attacking the Triceratops base, in the midst of destroying two cobalt bombs, when he suddenly received a message from Gab, telling him to rush back to assist Estelle. Her adversary wasn’t the real Raiden—it was Winston, disguised as Raiden. Jonathan immediately returned to Zion from the outskirts. On his way, he sensed Estelle’s erratic heartbeat and soon after, Aimee messaged him that Estelle was in trouble. He was frantic with worry! “We ran into a bit of trouble!” Estelle stood up from his embrace. “Josiah is hurt. We need to get him out of here first!” Josiah was already on his feet with Aimee’s help, clutching his bleeding shoulder. He managed a grin and called out to Jonathan, “Hey Jonah, it’s nothing serious—just a scratch!” Jonathan nodded in approval. “Good job!” Encouraged by Jonathan’s praise, Josiah felt a surge of excitement. “Protecting Estelle is my mission!” Estelle said, “Raiden’s men will be coming after us. Soon, Josiah and Aimee were on the plane. Estelle roused the slightly injured pilot and urged him onto the aircraft. The pilot was just a few meters away from the plane when suddenly two aircraft swooped in, opening fire on Jonathan’s team. Above the forest, Josiah quickly pulled the pilot up and the plane veered off, evading the attack, forced to fly away. Estelle’s location was exposed; they had to leave immediately. At least

of his men. They quickly determined their direction and headed southwest through the woods. Jonathan and Estelle led the way. Estelle asked, “Did you destroy all the cobalt bombs?” “There’s one left. Michael’s on it. Shouldn’t be a problem!” Jonathan slowed his pace, looking at her. “Come on, I’ll carry you.” Estelle had been through a tough journey, climbing rugged terrain and fighting off enemies. He felt for her. Estelle glanced back, frowning slightly and said, “People are watching! You think I don’t care about my pride? As the leader of Eagle Valley, unharmed and being carried? I’d be the laughing stock!” “You worry too much. They’re my people; no one will dare mock you. Now hop on!” Jonathan reached for her arm. “No!” Estelle immediately shrugged
