"Let me have a taste."

With a sigh, Magdalen handed over the drink. "Go ahead, taste it!"

Morrison took a sip and then returned it to her. "Drink up!" he said before turning to join a conversation with someone else.

Magdalen was secretly surprised but didn't show it. Her eyes darted towards Estelle, and she whispered, "What's going on?" "Just try it, and you'll see!" Estelle chuckled.

Taking a sip, Magdalen realized it was just fruit juice.

Estelle smiled. "I made it especially for you. It suits you."

Magdalen couldn't help but laugh in frustration. "I'm not even pregnant yet. You guys don't have to be so overprotective!"

"Morrison wouldn't let you drink alcohol either. I saved you, so just enjoy your juice. I'll join you!" Estelle poured herself a glass. "Cheers!"

Unable to drink alcohol, Magdalen convinced everyone to join her in drinking juice. "Marina, you shouldn't drink either. Having Mr. Foster, the big bad wolf, around tonight makes it too risky!" Marina lifted her chin defiantly. "He wouldn't dare!"

Magdalen admired her. "I can't believe you're not into Mr. Foster. He's such a catch!"

Marina replied, "Who knows? To me, looking at him is no different than looking at another woman."

Susanna, who had been quiet, glanced at Marina.
