Chapter 2533

Harry glanced around the room, grabbed a disposable glove, and pulled it on. He shot Amy a cold, triumphant look. "If I fish it out, it's mine."

Amy was so frightened she didn't dare say a word.

Harry dropped to one knee and started searching for the necklace.

Amy slowly edged backward, inch by inch, until she slipped out of the bathroom. The moment she was clear, she turned and bolted for the front door.

No matter how hard she struggled with the handle, the door wouldn't budge.

Harry had locked it from the outside with a key.

Tears streamed down Amy's face as she yanked at the door, her mind going blank with panic. When she realized she wasn't getting out, she rushed back to the living room, found her phone, and slipped it into her pocket.

"Amy! Get over here, now!" Harry's shout echoed from the bathroom.

She approached, trembling, and mumbled, "I'm thirsty. I just wanted to get some water."

"If you don't do as I say, forget about food or water!" Harry barked, glaring at her. "Did you really drop your necklace in here? Why can't I find it?"

"I swear I did!" Amy nodded desperately.
