Chapter 9 Jealousy

Just as Evelyn was about to close her mouth, he pressed his thumb against her teeth, and she instinctively opened her mouth again, letting Huston play with her mouth.

Eventually, he had enough fun and withdrew his fingers. He grabbed a tissue to carefully wipe his fingers, and glanced at Evelyn, sitting in a confused daze.

Her innocence ignited his desire. However, they just had sex in the dining room, it’d be too much for her to handle if he f*cked her

again.

“It’s unbelievable your husband chose another woman. He probably hasn’t seen you in this light before,” Huston sarcastically

remarked,

Perhaps Huston didn’t intend to belittle her, but his words struck a chord. Embarrassed and angry, Evelyn wrapped herself in clothes and rushed out of the room.

As Huston watched her disappearing figure at the doorway, a wider smile played across his eyes. Not only was she as pure as a daisy, but she was also playing hard–to–get.

Evelyn headed straight to the room Huston arranged for her, locked the door, and threw herself onto the bed.

The thought of what had just occurred made her feel butterflies. She hurriedly got up and rushed to the bathroom, turning on the tap to splash her face.

The cold water cooled her, but only a little. When she looked at her flushed appearance in the mirror, she turned away.
