Chapter 30
Scarlett glanced at Alexis. “You actually know that it’ll only get worse the more I try to explain? Back then, didn’t you say that I should take advantage of Mark and Juan to tell those who look down on me that my life after the divorce is beautiful?”
“That…?
Alexis pursed her lips. “I was wrong!”
Scarlett could not be bothered to talk further with her. She lifted her hand and swiped the tablet several times to look at some comments, then she sighed and said, “Look like I can’t keep a low profile anymore.”
Alexis was fired up after she heard that. “Lettie, are you finally going to disclose the truth of you being a billionaire?”
“Get lost!”
Scarlett glared at her. “Find the person who stirred this up and secretly photographed everything. Let this matter brew a bit more then let Juan and Mark publish a post on Twitter at night.”
“What should they post?”

“What can they post? Didn’t they say that I’m a love swindler? If they find out that I’m the major shareholder behind Crain, what else can they say?”
Alexis came to a sudden realization. “Nice one, Lettie, you’re too amazing!!”
The thought of a bunch of people being slapped in their faces made her extremely thrilled.
Scarlett tilted her head, and her smiling peach blossom eyes were alluring. “Isn’t this what you said? Slapping someone in the face is the happiest thing to do!”
“Yes, yes, yes! I told you to make it public a long time ago. If you keep such a low profile, those people will really think that you married Raymond, that scum, for his money!”
Scarlett’s smile faded away when she heard Alexis mention Raymond. “I don’t want them to covet my money.”
It was also very reasonable.
At this time, Scarlett’s phone rang. She looked at it and raised her eyebrow slightly. “Secretary Lawrence?”
“Miss Reed, Mr. Sander from Yet League contacted me today and said that he’s willing to accept your conditions. I’ll get the contract done this afternoon and send it to your villa. Is
that okay?”
‘This was truly good news!
Scarlett curled her lips and smiled. “Yes. Thanks for the hard work, Secretary Lawrence.”
“I ought to do so.”
Katherine Lawrence pursed her lips on the other end of the phone and asked after a moment of hesitation, “Miss Reed, so you need me to handle the things online?”
“No, I’ll just let Alexis deal with them.”
