Gregory had it out for her, and with her shaky footing, a lot of companies saw her as just a young girl and weren't willing to sponsor her. She was out the door at the crack of dawn and back late every night, and Ray was practically worried sick. When Flora found out, she felt really bad for Aisha. Being an orphan was no walk in the park.

She turned to Connor and said, "Aisha's having a tough time. Should we give her a hand?"

Connor nodded. "Sure."

After logging off WhatsApp, Flora picked up the phone and called Crimson. Meanwhile, Connor got Moss on the line and murmured a few instructions.

Over at Gale Corporation, in Gregory's office.

"It's been almost two weeks, and I hear Aisha's only managed to pull in less than a hundred million in sponsorships. What good is a solid plan without the cash? It's all pointless," Gregory sneered. "Exactly. Those old-timers threw everything they had at Aisha, and she still couldn't scrape together the startup funds," one of the shareholders chuckled.

The "old-timers" they mentioned were the veteran shareholders who had always backed Aisha's father and were now siding with Flora.
